Hi everyone,
I figured out to run the program, by accident, and here's how I did it.
01. Click on the download link given above (CSI.ETABS.2016.V16.2.0) and you will be directed to

03. You will also need to download the zip file on line-16 (Patch)

04. Once both zip-folders are downloaded, you will need to extract the files in them (Password is www.civilabc.com for both)
05. The right-click on the ETABS setup file (this will show up as ETABS2016v1620Setup64 once extracted) and select - run as administrator.
06. At step 05 of the process, my internet was disconnected.
07. During the installation, a dialog box appeared asking me if I needed the stand-alone version or online version. I picked the *Stand-alone-Version*
08. Next they asked for an Activation key--> Click cancel. But the installation never stopped. The process continued for a few more minutes and completed the installation.
09. Now return to Step-3.
The second zip-folder will have a file
Right click to Run-As-Administrator and you will have a file generated
10. Copy this lservrc file (Right-click and select COPY) and head over to C-folder ---> Program Files ---> Computers and Structures ---> ETABS2016 and paste it in ;
a- The main folder ( ETABS 2016)
b- CSI-licensing folder

11. Reconnect to the internet and watch this video on YouTube to understand the next steps

13. Double-click on the Run-As-Date application and in the dialog box fill out the Application name and date (18.01.2018) as shown in the YouTube video.
14. NOW YOU CAN USE THE ETABS SOFTWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!
